Mandatory AP State Government Compliance Norms:
1. 75% Biometric/Facial Attendance: Candidates must maintain at least 75% attendance recorded via the Integrated Attendance System.
2. Aadhaar e-KYC: Both the student and parent must complete biometric/OTP e-KYC authentication every academic year at the local Grama/Ward Sachivalayam or college helpdesk.
3. NPCI Aadhaar-Bank Seeding: Bank accounts must have active NPCI mapping to receive Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) funds without failure.
