Jagananna Vidya Deevena (RTF)
Under this scheme, the Government of Andhra Pradesh provides full fee reimbursement to eligible students. The tuition fee is credited directly to the mother's bank account in four quarters.

Jagananna Vasathi Deevena (MTF)
This scheme provides financial assistance for boarding and lodging expenses to students.
- ₹20,000/- per year for Engineering students
- Paid in two installments
- Credited to mother's account
To recognize and encourage meritorious students, RVIT offers fee concessions based on EAPCET/ECET ranks and academic performance.

- National Scholarship Portal (NSP): Merit-cum-Means Scholarship for Minority students, Central Sector Scheme for University students.
- AICTE Pragati & Saksham Scholarship: Specifically for girl students and specially-abled students admitted to technical institutions.
- Private Foundation Scholarships: Valid score card holders or merit students can apply for scholarships from foundations like Sitaram Jindal, ONGC, etc., with college support for documentation.
