The National Service Scheme (NSS) Units I & II at RV Institute of Technology Autonomous operate under JNTUK & Department of Higher Education, Govt. of Andhra Pradesh. Guided by the motto "Not Me But You", our volunteers dedicate over 600+ hours annually to community health, rural literacy, blood donation, and environmental protection.

Collected 512 units of blood in partnership with Government General Hospital Blood Bank & Red Cross Society Guntur, saving hundreds of lives in critical care.

A live digital directory of 300+ student blood donors available for instant emergency requests at local hospitals across Guntur & Vijayawada.
Adopted Village: Chebrolu Rural Cluster
Under Unnat Bharat Abhiyan & NSS Scheme, RVIT has adopted Chebrolu rural habitations to provide sustainable tech interventions, clean drinking water testing, and digital literacy.
- Free Health & Eye Checkup Camps: 600+ villagers screened with free medicines
- School Digital Literacy: Computer fundamentals taught to rural govt school students
- Sanitation & Open Defecation Free (ODF): Door-to-door hygiene awareness

7 days of immersive rural stay, road construction repair, rainwater harvesting pit creation, literacy surveys, and cultural awareness rallies.

State-level youth leadership training, disaster management drills with AP Disaster Response Force (APDRF), and first-aid certification.

1000+ medicinal and shade saplings planted on campus & highway green belts.
