Event Schedule
Morning Session & Registrations
Spot registrations open at 9:00 AM, followed by the release of Sports Draw Sheets at 11:00 AM.
Technical & Sports Events
Simultaneous action begins across the campus.
Evening Session: Inaugural
Kicks off with a Flash Mob, followed by messages from the Chairman, Principal, Convenor, and Lighting of the Lamp. Classical performances begin at 5:45 PM.
Dance Fitness by Deepak Mourya
Before the main attraction, enjoy Western Dance, Skits, and Stand-up from 6:00 PM. Followed by student dance performances till 9:50 PM.
BAND MELAM Team Performance
We are extremely happy to welcome the spectacular BAND MELAM Team to create a high-energy kick-off vibe for everyone!
Events Continuation
All Technical and Sports events continue throughout the day across designated rooms and grounds.
Felicitation & Prize Distribution
Sponsor felicitation followed by the grand Prize Distribution Ceremony managed by Chairman, Principal, and Convenor.

Rockstar Events Performances alternating between high-energy Dance and Singing showcases every half hour.

Event Venue

Located in Chebrolu, Guntur. Our magnificent campus boasts lush greenery, massive sports grounds, and state-of-the-art tech labs where all RECKON 2K26 events will unfold.
Transport facilities are available for participants from major junctions.
General Rules & Guidelines
- Valid College ID Card is strictly mandatory for all external participants to enter the campus and event venues.
- Participants must maintain a formal or smart casual dress code representing their institution respectfully.
- All participants must report to their respective event venues at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start time.
- The decision of the designated Judges and Organizing Committee will be absolutely final and binding for all competitions.
- RVIT is a strictly tobacco-free and green campus. Possession of prohibited items will lead to immediate campus removal.

Registration fees vary based on the specific events you participate in. Please check the official registration Google Form for exact pricing per event.
Where do I submit digital media/queries?
If you have any media to send, queries, or need to report lost & found, directly email our official desk at reckon@rvit.edu.in.
Will food and accommodation be provided?
Yes! We have excellent food stalls available during the fest. Basic accommodation details and arrangements can be confirmed directly at the central help desk.
Can I participate in multiple events?
Absolutely! However, please ensure that your registered event timings do not overlap as per the detailed schedule provided above.
