- Check Due Status: Click Check Due to verify outstanding college fee balance and clearance status.
- Select Program & Semester: Choose your Program (B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA, Diploma, BCA) and Semester. Course branches are filtered automatically per program.
- Select Fee Category: Choose your desired Fee Category (College Fee, Exam Fee, Transport Fee, Supply Exam Fee, etc.). For Supply Exam Fee, select the number of supply subjects per semester to calculate the total fee.
- Proceed to Payment: Click
GET PAYMENT LINK→Proceed to Secure Paymentto open the HDFC Bank SmartHub / Razorpay payment gateway. - E-Receipt: Download and print your instant official E-Receipt upon payment completion.

- Transaction Settlement: Payments credited within 24 to 48 banking hours. Please retain your transaction reference number.
- Refund & Adjustment Policy: Excess payments or duplicate debits will be adjusted against subsequent semester college fees after Accounts Section verification.
- Privacy & Data Security: RVIT does not store credit/debit card numbers, CVVs, or Netbanking passwords. All communications are 256-Bit SSL encrypted.
