MANDATORY CASHLESS FEE COLLECTION DIRECTIVE
Dear Faculty & Students, with immediate effect, no faculty member or staff shall collect cash from students for any purpose whatsoever as part of the Digital RVIT Initiative. All financial transactions must be executed exclusively through official college digital channels.
Scope of Digital Cashless Policy:
All short-term and long-term internship registration fees must be paid online only.
Campus Recruitment Training (CRT) and skill development payments are strictly online.
Event registrations, cultural fest entry passes, and sports fees require official links.
Departmental workshops, hackathons, and guest lecture registrations must be online.
All regular tuition, JNTUK exam fees, supply exam fees, and transport bus pass fees are payable exclusively via feepayments.php.
Procedure for HODs & Event Convenors:
Heads of Departments (HODs) and Event Convenors are requested to obtain an official digital payment link setup from the Accounts Section / Management before announcing any fee collection.
